With over 28 years of experience, Raj's proven track record has demonstrated his acumen in sourcing, developing, managing, and marketing profitable opportunities. Raj's unique talents have helped him acquire and exit from numerous profitable real estate projects throughout his career. Raj holds a Master of Business Administration - International Business Management Degree from Pacific State University.
Gary S. Pasricha
Co-founder & General Counsel
Gary S. Pasricha is an experienced business attorney and real estate investor. Gary has over 27 years of experience on all aspects of real estate development, including investor relations, acquisition, due diligence, land use, and construction and project divesture. Gary holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Baruch College and a Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School.
Rachna Soin
Co-Founder & Partner
Rachna Soin is the Co-Founder and Vice President of the Soin Group of Companies and an entrepreneur for the past 28 years, working on several business ventures alongside Raj Soin. As a Fashion Institute of Technology graduate, Rachna's expertize in buying and merchandising helped establish a chain of retail clothing stores in NJ. Rachna is involved in the day-to-day operations utilizing her strong leadership and management skills to ensure the continued success of the Soin Brand.
Sonny Malhotra
Vice President - Marketing
Sonny Malhotra has over two decades of Business Development and Marketing experience in various industries, including Legal, nonprofit and Real Estate Development. He brings wealth of knowledge in building lasting business relationships and creating successful partnerships.
